The problem
VGDS Global, Visual Graphics Design Services, is a presentation design agency: pitch decks, corporate reports and PowerPoint templates for clients in the USA, the UK, Australia and beyond. It needed more than a brochure. Clients had to be able to explore the agency's services, browse its design templates, book the ones they wanted and manage those orders, without confusion, and the agency had to be able to run all of that from a back end that was easy to manage.
The brief set four problems: a simple and effective order flow for booking templates, a user interface that balances professional branding with usability, a platform that is scalable and secure with room for future features, and consistency between design and development from the first screen to the last.
What we built
A modern, scalable platform, custom-built rather than assembled from a template. The complete UI and UX were designed in Figma first, with minimalist layouts that keep users on the key actions, clear calls to action that guide a visitor through the template booking flow, consistent typography, spacing and colour aligned with the brand, and prototypes iterated in Figma to validate usability before development started.
On that design Ryzenforge built a custom order and booking flow: browse templates, select, book and manage the order. The back end is Python Django, chosen for robust data handling, security and performance, with a responsive front end for desktop, tablet and phone and an architecture that takes future features without a rebuild.
The result
A platform that gives VGDS Global control over both the design and the functionality of how it sells, tailored to its own requirements rather than a marketplace's. The live site today leads with the agency's headline work and a grid of presentation designs, with Book a Meeting and Submit Enquiry as the two asks.
What runs it
Python Django on the server, a Figma-led front end, responsive across devices. Domain and hosting in the client's name, as with every Ryzenforge build.
