This policy explains what Ryzenforge collects on ryzenforge.com and in its services, why, who it is shared with, and how to have it deleted. It covers both entities: Ryzenforge Enterprises LLP, Tower 2, DD Platinum Planet, Kathrikadav, Kaloor, Kochi, Kerala 682017, India, and Ryzenforge, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Questions and requests go to connect@ryzenforge.com.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, what you need, a budget range, a timeline, your website address and your message, when you send the brief, book a call or message us on WhatsApp.
- What the site records: the page you came from, the page you were on, the campaign parameters in the link you arrived by (utm and gclid), the time the form was sent and how long it took to fill. These travel with your brief so we know which page brought you.
- What analytics tools collect: IP address, browser and device type, the pages viewed and how long for, through the tools named below.
The tools we use
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, for page views and the clicks on WhatsApp, phone, email, booking and form buttons.
- Microsoft Clarity, for anonymised recordings of how pages are used, with form fields masked.
- Calendly, for booking a call. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to the details you enter in the calendar.
- An n8n workflow on Ryzenforge's own server, which receives the lead form, writes the lead to our CRM (RyzenOS), emails connect@ryzenforge.com and sends the team a WhatsApp summary.
- WhatsApp, when you message us. The conversation stays in our WhatsApp Business account.
No cookie banner is shown because the site does not target the European Union. Advertising storage is off by default; analytics storage is on. You can block cookies in your browser and the site works the same.
How we use it
To reply to you, quote for the work you asked about, deliver and support it, invoice it, and understand which pages bring enquiries. We do not send newsletters. We do not sell or rent personal data, and nothing you send is used to train any model.
Who we share it with
The tools named above, each for the purpose named. Our hosting provider, where the site and the CRM run. Payment providers, when you pay by card, ACH or bank transfer. Nobody else, unless the law requires it or it is needed to protect our rights or security.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and client records stay in our CRM for as long as there is a working relationship or a reasonable prospect of one, and for the period Indian or US law requires for invoices and accounts. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics.
Your rights
Email connect@ryzenforge.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Deletion requests are acted on within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law. If you are in the US, the same address handles any request under your state's privacy law.
Links to other sites
The work pages link to client websites and the footer links to our social profiles. Their privacy policies apply there, not this one.
Security
The site is static and served over HTTPS. The form posts over HTTPS to a server we control. The CRM and the hosting are backed up and monitored by the Ryzenforge team. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we will tell you if a breach affects your data.
Changes
Changes are posted on this page with the updated date at the top. Material changes to what we collect or share are also announced on the About page.
