The problem

Quppayam is a boutique fashion business in Kerala selling lehengas, gowns, anarkalis and kids wear, with custom stitching and two boutique stores. A boutique like this sells on Instagram and WhatsApp first: new arrivals go into stories that vanish in a day, every order becomes a chat about size, price, address and a screenshot of the payment, two people ask for the same piece and only one can have it, and nobody knows which designs actually sold this month. Marketplaces solve some of that and keep the customer and a cut of every sale.

Quppayam needed a store of its own: a catalogue that is easy to update, ordering through WhatsApp with the item already filled in, payments, stock that matches the shop, billing, and delivery across Kerala and beyond.

What we built

Ryzenforge built the online store and the platform it runs on, and runs the platform. The store has a product catalogue with categories, new arrivals and a gallery, search, sign-in, a cart and a wishlist, with WhatsApp ordering beside the product, custom stitching, free shipping above a threshold and pan-India delivery. Behind it sit stock, billing and reports, so an order placed on WhatsApp is still recorded in the system and the stock moves with it.

The same platform is what every Ryzenforge store is built on: catalogue, WhatsApp ordering, payments, delivery, billing and stock, with an admin panel for products, prices and offers, and Store Manager if the boutique would rather Ryzenforge ran it. Payment gateway integration is an add-on; domain, hosting and SSL stay in the client's name.

The result

The platform has processed 75,000+ orders. The store's own front page carries its counters: online orders, happy customers and the two boutique stores behind it.

What runs it

Node.js and React with MongoDB, and the WhatsApp Business API for ordering and order updates. Ryzenforge hosts, monitors and supports the platform under a care plan, with updates, backups, uptime and speed checks and small changes each month.

A store like this is from Rs 1,20,000, live in four to six weeks. Stores for boutiques has the full scope and prices.
