These terms govern the use of ryzenforge.com and the services Ryzenforge provides. Ryzenforge means Ryzenforge Enterprises LLP, Kochi, Kerala, India, for clients invoiced in India, and Ryzenforge, Sheridan, Wyoming, USA, for clients invoiced in the United States. Using the website
Use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, the lead webhook, our CRM or any client site we host. The content of this site, its text, images, logos and code, belongs to Ryzenforge or its clients and may not be reproduced without written consent. Client logos and screenshots on the work pages appear with the client's permission.
Scope and quotes
Every project starts with a written scope, usually one page, and a fixed price for that scope. The price is fixed before work starts. Anything outside the written scope, including new pages or features, is quoted separately as a new scope.
Payment
70 percent of the fixed price to start, 30 percent at launch, before handover. Indian clients are invoiced by Ryzenforge Enterprises LLP in rupees with GST; US clients are invoiced by Ryzenforge in Sheridan, Wyoming in dollars, by card or ACH. Monthly plans (care, local SEO, Store Manager, CRM hosting and the automation running fee) are invoiced monthly in advance and can be stopped with 30 days' notice.
What is external
Domain, hosting, SSL, paid plugins and APIs, WhatsApp Business conversation charges, model API usage, payment gateway fees and stock photography are external costs. They are listed on every proposal, set up in your name where possible, and passed through at cost.
Revisions
A build includes three revision rounds, the first on the homepage design and the remaining two on the full site. Revisions are changes within the written scope. Further rounds, or changes outside the scope, are quoted as a new scope or billed at the support rate.
Ownership and handover
On final payment the source code, the design files and every account created for the project (domain, hosting, SSL, Google Search Console, Analytics and the Business Profile link) are handed over in your name. Until final payment the work remains Ryzenforge's. Platform code that Ryzenforge reuses across clients, including RyzenOS and the store platform, remains Ryzenforge's; you receive a licence to use it for your business for as long as the hosting or care arrangement runs, and your data is always yours to export.
Hosting, care and support
A care plan covers bug fixes, updates within the original scope, minor content updates, backups, uptime and speed checks, and small changes each month. New pages or features need a new scope. Support outside a plan is Rs 800 an hour for Indian clients; the US rate is on the US pages. Hosted products (RyzenOS, the store platform, automation agents) are supported inside their monthly fee.
Automation and AI
Agents and workflows draft; a person approves anything a customer sees unless you ask in writing for a fully automatic flow. We take advice before promising anything regulatory to financial-services clients. Conversation and model charges from Meta and the model providers are external and shown before a pilot starts.
Liability
Ryzenforge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or the services, and our liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We do not guarantee that the site or a hosted product will be available or error-free at every moment; the care plan sets out what is monitored and how quickly we respond.
Termination
Either side can end a monthly plan with 30 days' notice. A project can be stopped by the client at any time; work done to that date is invoiced against the 70 percent already paid, and nothing is handed over until the amount due is settled. Ryzenforge may suspend access to the site or a hosted service for misuse.
Governing law
For Ryzenforge Enterprises LLP, the laws of India and the courts of Kochi, Kerala. For Ryzenforge, Sheridan, the laws of the State of Wyoming.
Changes
Changes are posted on this page with the updated date at the top.
