RyzenOS, the CRM we run our own company on

RyzenOS is the system Ryzenforge runs its own company on, and the base of every CRM it builds for clients. Clients, leads and the pipeline, projects and tasks, invoices with GST, expenses, attendance and reports, connected to WhatsApp agents that capture updates and push a daily brief. One subdomain per client, your data on a server you control, and a team that hosts, backs up and supports it inside the monthly fee.

What RyzenOS does

  1. 01

    Leads and the pipeline

Lead capture from your website, ads, WhatsApp and walk-ins, with pipeline stages that match how your team really sells, and assignment rules so every lead has an owner.

  2. 02

    Follow-ups on WhatsApp

Reminders that chase themselves. Follow-ups, payment reminders and the daily brief go out on WhatsApp, and enquiries that arrive on WhatsApp land in the pipeline as leads.

  3. 03

    Invoices with GST

Quotations, invoices with GST, payments and receivables raised from the deal, not retyped from scratch, with the month's numbers in one view.

  4. 04

    Projects, tasks and attendance

Delivery tracking after the sale: projects, tasks, attendance, expenses and documents, with roles and permissions so people see only what they should.

  5. 05

    Reports and the daily brief

Dashboards and daily reports on WhatsApp or email, so the owner has an honest view of the month before it ends.

Who runs on it

RyzenOS handles Ryzenforge's real money and real deadlines, which is a stricter test than any demo. The same foundation is tailored to each client's process.

  • Ryzenforge itself: clients, leads, projects, invoices, expenses, attendance and reports, every day since 2024.
  • Auxin Shipping, a ship chartering business: an HR and sales CRM with leads, tasks, meetings, attendance and documents, with vessel operations in phase 2.
  • Teams whose process is unusual, where an off-the-shelf tool makes them work its way.
  • Growing teams where per-user pricing bites with every person added.
  • Businesses that need the system to talk to WhatsApp and raise invoices with GST their way.
  • In the US: insurance agents and financial advisors, contractors, clinics and agencies, with WhatsApp or SMS automation built in.

How a RyzenOS CRM is set up

The scope call fixes what the first version must do, usually leads, pipeline, follow-ups, users and roles, and the price is fixed before work starts. We import your existing leads, customers and invoices from spreadsheets or the tool you are leaving, map your stages to the pipeline, and run the two side by side until your team trusts the CRM. Roles and permissions go in from day one, so a salesperson sees their deals and the owner sees the whole month.

Quotations, invoices with GST, projects and the WhatsApp daily brief follow in phases, each quoted before it starts. In India a custom CRM is six to ten weeks to a version your team uses daily. A RyzenOS-based CRM for a standard process goes live faster; the US page carries that offer.

Hosting, data and ownership

RyzenOS is multi-tenant: every client gets a subdomain of their own on a React front end with a Node.js and PostgreSQL back end. Hosting, backups, monitoring and support sit inside the monthly fee, and the data stays on a server you control. The source code is handed over on final payment, as with every Ryzenforge build.

Before paying for any CRM, ask five things. Will the price rise with every user you add? Do you own the data and the code? Can it send and receive on WhatsApp? Does it raise invoices with GST without retyping? Who hosts it, and who answers when something breaks? Our answers: no, yes, yes, yes, and we do, inside the monthly fee.

RyzenOS, or Zoho and HubSpot?

For a standard process the off-the-shelf tools are a good fit and we will tell you so. RyzenOS wins when your process is unusual, when per-user pricing bites as the team grows, or when the system must talk to WhatsApp and your billing your way. Either way the first version is in your team's hands in weeks, then phases, with no six-month disappearance.

Run it by voice

DIANA, Ryzenforge's voice-first assistant, reads and updates RyzenOS by voice: ask for the month's numbers, raise an invoice, or set a reminder, in English or Malayalam. It is how the Ryzenforge office runs, and it is available to RyzenOS clients as part of an automation pilot.

Questions we get asked

What does RyzenOS cost?

A RyzenOS-based CRM is setup from Rs 60,000, then Rs 3,000 to 6,000 a month hosted and supported. The setup is quoted per phase, so you know the number before work starts. There is no per-user price.

Why not Zoho or HubSpot?

For a standard process they are a good fit and we will tell you so. RyzenOS wins when your process is unusual, when per-user pricing bites as the team grows, or when the system must talk to WhatsApp and your billing your way.

Who owns the data and the code?

You. The data stays on a server you control, with a subdomain of your own, and the source code is handed over on final payment.

We run on spreadsheets. How do we move?

We import your existing leads, customers and invoices from the spreadsheets or the tool you are leaving, map your stages to the pipeline, and run the two side by side until your team trusts the CRM.

How long does it take?

The first version is in your team's hands in weeks, usually leads, pipeline, follow-ups, users and roles. A custom CRM in India is six to ten weeks to a version they use daily, then phases, each quoted before it starts.

Does it work with WhatsApp?

Yes. Follow-ups, reminders and the daily brief go out on WhatsApp, and enquiries that arrive on WhatsApp land in the pipeline as leads.

Can we see it before deciding?

Yes. Book a 30-minute call and we walk you through RyzenOS on the screens we use every day, then talk about your process.
