The problem
Leader Navigator is a leadership-focused platform designed to position executives and leadership teams to act decisively in complex environments. Its contact, Shirley, needed a digital presence that communicates the brand's strategic leadership frameworks and services, lets visitors explore the offerings, and brings them to a conversation, with the content changing as new keynotes, books and programmes arrive.
What we built
The UI and UX were crafted in Figma for clarity and impact, and the back end was custom-developed in Python Django to support dynamic content and functionality that scales as the platform grows. The site carries the keynotes, the services, the books and the media, with a single ask on every page.
The site is hosted on a dedicated VPS that Ryzenforge set up and handed to the client, so the platform and its data are in the client's own hands. Since the first build the brand has grown into The Navigator Series, a collection of printed nonfiction books by Shirley Engelmeier, and the live site has been redesigned around it.
How the work ran
Custom software at Ryzenforge runs in phases with a fixed price before each one starts. A scoping call sets what the first version must do and what waits for a later release, written as a one-page scope that both sides sign off, with 70 percent to start. Design comes first, so the screens are agreed before a line of code is written, then the build, then testing on real devices with three revision rounds. At launch the remaining 30 percent is paid and the source code and every account are handed over. Hosting, backups, monitoring and support continue under a monthly fee, with a person on WhatsApp when something needs changing.
The result
A platform the client owns outright, server included, carrying a leadership brand to the executives it is written for.

A business website from Ryzenforge today is from Rs 35,000: 5 to 7 pages, copy written with you, WhatsApp and call buttons, Google setup on launch day, three revision rounds, two weeks, source code handed over. Website development has the full scope and prices.
