The problem
AI Venture Catalyst is a US professional services firm that helps mid-to-large B2B companies turn their internal intellectual property into investor-ready AI ventures: services companies with proprietary expertise, and the funding readiness and growth that follow. Its clients, Larry and Sherri, needed a site that could carry that proposition to a sceptical, senior audience and let a prospect book a conversation without friction.
The first build had a Django back end. The site has since been rebuilt on React and Node.js and deployed on a VPS, which is the version live today.
What we built
The design and the development, including a custom booking and enquiry flow, with the UI and UX designed in Figma and built for strong content management. The live site opens on one line, Turn Your IP Into AI Revenue, with a single call to action, and moves through what the firm does, who it is and how investors work with it.
The rebuild replaced the Django back end with React and Node.js, deployed on a VPS that Ryzenforge set up, which is the same stack Ryzenforge uses for its own products.
How the work ran
Custom software at Ryzenforge runs in phases with a fixed price before each one starts. A scoping call sets what the first version must do and what waits for a later release, written as a one-page scope that both sides sign off, with 70 percent to start. Design comes first, so the screens are agreed before a line of code is written, then the build, then testing on real devices with three revision rounds. At launch the remaining 30 percent is paid and the source code and every account are handed over. Hosting, backups, monitoring and support continue under a monthly fee, with a person on WhatsApp when something needs changing.
The result
A site a US firm presents to investors and services companies, served from Ryzenforge's team in India at a third of the local price. AI Venture Catalyst is one of the two US references Ryzenforge names, with Vibe and Vision Productions in Austin, Texas.
What runs it
React and Node.js on a VPS, designed in Figma. US clients are invoiced by Ryzenforge's Wyoming company, 70 percent to start and 30 percent at launch, card or ACH.
