The problem

Eazyconnect is a Canadian telecom platform selling simple, transparent and affordable VoIP voice services to homes and small businesses: Simple, Low Price, Human, as the site puts it. A visitor had to be able to find the plans, understand the pricing and the features, and then sign up, pick a plan and book the service online, without a phone call in between. A marketing site alone could not do the second half, and a web application alone would not sell.

What we built

Two systems that read as one. A WordPress-powered marketing site carries the plans, pricing and features, with the content managed by the client. A fully integrated Django web application handles the parts that need accounts and security: user login, plan selection and service booking. The visitor's journey runs from discovering the service to purchasing and managing a voice plan online without a seam between the two.

The hybrid architecture is deliberate: WordPress for content the client edits every week, Django for secure user transactions and dynamic booking workflows.

How the work ran

Custom software at Ryzenforge runs in phases with a fixed price before each one starts. A scoping call sets what the first version must do and what waits for a later release, written as a one-page scope that both sides sign off, with 70 percent to start. Design comes first, so the screens are agreed before a line of code is written, then the build, then testing on real devices with three revision rounds. At launch the remaining 30 percent is paid and the source code and every account are handed over. Hosting, backups, monitoring and support continue under a monthly fee, with a person on WhatsApp when something needs changing.

The result

A Canadian telecom that sells and provisions its plans from its own site, with the marketing pages and the booking application maintained as one product.

What runs it

WordPress for the marketing site, Python Django for the web application, hosted in the client's name.

A business website from Ryzenforge today is from Rs 35,000: 5 to 7 pages, copy written with you, WhatsApp and call buttons, Google setup on launch day, three revision rounds, two weeks, source code handed over. Website development has the full scope and prices. Custom web applications like the booking app are on quote, six weeks and up.
