The problem
An auction only works if everyone sees the same price at the same moment. On a live platform with many bidders, a bid that reaches one screen a second late is a dispute, and a platform that cannot keep up at the busiest moment of the sale is not a platform. Elam Bazaar needed live auctions where every trade reflects on every participant's screen as it happens, on the network conditions real users have.
What we built
A live auction platform where trades reflect in about 0.1 seconds: bids, prices and the state of each lot pushed to every connected screen as they change, rather than polled. Around that core sit the pieces an auction business needs, from the catalogue of lots to the accounts of the people bidding and the record of what sold for what.
This is custom software in the lane Ryzenforge calls CRM and software: built around how the business works, hosted and supported, with the source code handed over on final payment.
How the work ran
Custom software at Ryzenforge runs in phases with a fixed price before each one starts. A scoping call sets what the first version must do and what waits for a later release, written as a one-page scope that both sides sign off, with 70 percent to start. Design comes first, so the screens are agreed before a line of code is written, then the build, then testing on real devices with three revision rounds. At launch the remaining 30 percent is paid and the source code and every account are handed over. Hosting, backups, monitoring and support continue under a monthly fee, with a person on WhatsApp when something needs changing.
The result
About 0.1 seconds from a trade to every screen, which is the number the platform is built around. It is one of the six flagship builds on the Ryzenforge homepage.
