The problem
Kairali Group is a design-and-build company in Adimali, Idukki, describing itself as builders, architects and engineers. It has three divisions: Kairali Builders and Architects for residential, commercial and luxury resort and hotel projects; Engineering Works for structural steelwork, fabrication and welding; and Play Systems for playground equipment. Its work stands in Munnar and across Idukki, the British County Resort in Munnar among it, yet a prospective client searching for a builder in the high ranges found nothing that showed it. The site had to put three quite different divisions under one name, lead with the projects, and give a client one clear way to start. Tagline on the site: "Design. Engineer. Build."
What we built
A single long page with anchor navigation across About, Expertise, Work and Contact. The hero is an image gallery of the featured project, the British County Resort, a hillside resort in Munnar. "What we build" lists the three divisions and their work. A four-step "How we work" section sets out the process: site visit, design and approvals, build and fabricate, handover and care. The portfolio carries the Tealawn Pool Villa in Idukki, Sprise Munnar Resort, Munnar Resort and Adimali Children's Park. A "Start your project" call to action leads to the contact section, with phone, WhatsApp and email, links to Instagram and Google Maps, the office address on Bus Stand Road in Adimali, and a floating WhatsApp button on every screen. The contact details are marked on the site as placeholders to be confirmed by the group. Images are served as WebP at several sizes, and a skip-to-content link keeps the page usable by keyboard.
How the work ran
A website at Ryzenforge is written with the client and built mobile-first, with design agreed before code and three revision rounds. The site is on a staging address while the group's own domain is connected; the footer credits "Concept by Ryzenforge".
The result
One site that puts the resort work first and keeps the engineering and play divisions a scroll away, with a single way to start a project.
