The problem
Small teams lose their hours to the repetitive work: answering the same WhatsApp enquiries, chasing follow-ups and payments, writing the daily report, moving data between tools. Ryzenforge wanted an assistant it could talk to, that would do that work from live data, and that would never send a customer anything a person had not approved.
What we built
DIANA is a voice-first AI assistant and command centre. It answers by voice, reads and updates RyzenOS, raises invoices, sends reminders to the founder's phone, researches new markets on the live web, and keeps a crew of agents working on sales follow-ups, overdue payments, project deadlines and client check-ins. It shows the company's records as a graph, so a client, its projects and its invoices sit as one connected picture. It speaks and understands English and Malayalam.
Around it run the agents Ryzenforge uses on itself: a WhatsApp auto-reply that sends the first reply to every enquiry within seconds, a social media manager that takes one poster a day from a monthly calendar through a WhatsApp approval to the post, and the daily operations summary.
It drafts. A person sends. That line is enforced in code, and it is the same line Ryzenforge builds for clients.
How it is run
Ryzenforge treats its own products the way it treats client work: a version in daily use first, then releases planned as phases with the scope written down before each starts. Changes are tested on real devices before they reach the team, and every action in the system is logged so a mistake can be traced and undone. Hosting, backups and monitoring sit with the Ryzenforge team, on servers Ryzenforge controls, and the same arrangement is what a client gets under a care plan: updates, backups, uptime and speed checks and small changes each month, with the data on a server the client owns.
The result
Ryzenforge is run day to day by its own assistant, and the same agents are what a client's 30-day pilot is built from: one agent or workflow, live in 10 days, watched and adjusted for 30. The screens on this page are DIANA; there is no public login.
What runs it
Real-time voice with ElevenLabs, n8n for the workflows, RyzenOS as the system of record, and leading language models for the agents, with the rules that matter enforced in code and every action logged.
DIANA, the product has the feature list; AI automation has the pilot and prices.
